Rachel put in a very hard effort for me, worked with me and kept me updated on the vehicle I was purchasing as it was being inspected I do however wish she, and Suburban Ford would have been forthcoming in and kept me updated on the vehicle I was purchasing as it was being inspected I do however wish she, and Suburban Ford would have been forthcoming in the minor issues that the vehicle had, a parking lightbulb out (I asked for it to be fixed, they said no), and the moonroof is not working. I did accept the vehicle anyways and will take the responsibility but again I wish these issues were pointed out to me before I made my final decision. Also there is no warranty on the vehicle, I thought there was at least a 3 Mo/3000 mile, but I was told by the finance manager I worked with there was no warranty on this vehicle, pretty much after i had signed all the paperwork. Again I accepted the vehicle anyways, I just wish at least they could have replaced the burned out bulb , overall Rachel did a very good job. Again no warranty on this vehicle, that should have been made clear before the sale was 95% completed. More

I stopped in because I was looking for more info on a used Subaru I found online. I was working with Tara B, and while we were discussing the Subaru, someone else had put a deposit on it. She went above and beyond to not only find me a car in the same price range (a little cheaper actually); but it was the color I wanted, had fewer miles, and kept a similar sleek style to the Subaru I was originally looking at. My credit also isn’t in the best of shape because I had to declare bankruptcy back in 2017; but Tara still worked to get me approved with a lender, with a down payment I could afford, for a loan that included a 2-year warranty on the car, and loan gap coverage for the extent of the loan. The buying experience I had with Tara B, and my overall experience at Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights, deserves every bit of the 5 stars. I’ll definitely be going back to them for any future cars, and would recommend my family and friends there without hesitation. More
