They have had my car for six weeks so far. Have not provided me with a rental car which was part of the agreement when car was purchased. We gladly provided them only to be told that Ford will only pay part of the bill for a new motor because the car is 2,000 miles out of the warranty and now we have to pay $2,500.00 to get it fixed. I have no idea what a design/engineering problem has to do with my warranty. Not only that but as an RN I simply cannot miss work and have had to borrow vehicles to get there. More

The minute the vehicle I was looking for arrived, he called. We drove an hour and we’re not disappointed. The friendliness of him and the staff is unmatched. Not pushy... Friendly and helpful. We were met with the same kindness and professionalism all the way through the process. From the initial internet inquiry to signing the papers in finance. Each person we encountered was amazing. The sales manager even stopped to introduce himself. He knew exactly who we were and what vehicle we were purchasing. Top notch team! I cannot praise this location and the team there enough. We were first greeted Brian and he asked us a couple of questions about what we were looking for. While we answered he listen to us, you could tell he was listening and not just waiting for us to finish so he could respond. In the end he directed us to London Jacobs. London was excellent. Not only did she listen, she answered all of our questions. She had knowledge of the vehicle and we did not feel like we were being pressured into a purchase. She stayed in touch while we were being approved and made sure everything was ready when we came back to pick up the vehicle. Top notch. My Escape is great and I recommend you make her sales person of the month. I would also recommend to anyone I know looking to buy a car to see her at Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights. Marcus, I am not sure how many people in the finance department get a shout out but he deserves one. His customer service was impeccable.
