On top of that he made sure every part of buying (insurance, financing, trade in, title) was all ready before I even walked in the door. Keep in mind we had not even met in person yet at this point. Once I walked in the door, the rest was a breeze. I appreciate people who like to stick to smaller local dealerships but Suburban Ford still had that feeling and on top of that they have great stock coming in constantly. More

We bought our Expedition through Suburban Ford. After bringing it home we noticed a vibration/shaking upon acceleration. Long story short The dealer would do nothing for us.
