We have definitely found our new car dealership! We will come to Suburban Ford of sterling Heights every time we buy a car. Every person we worked with was professional, friendly and helpful. Luke was a great sales associate and was able to answer all our questions and set up the purchase of our car. Brian, the sales manager was awesome! He worked with us making sure the whole process was as easy as possible and gave us a great deal. Even Kasey, the receptionist was a pleasure to work with. All three went out of their way to make our car buying experience a positive and happy one! We drove all the way from Plymouth to buy this car, and will make the drive again in the future in order to deal with this excellent staff again! More

I was pleased that the vehicle I found online was still available to go look at and test drive. London was efficient during the whole buying process. This dealership and the people we worked with made my daughter‘s first experience of purchasing her own vehicle an excellent experience!
