This is the third sale we have done with Mark Harbour. Previous we had purchased a Flex and leased a Fusion. This sale was a early lease turn in for the 2 year special on the Escape. With a family of 7 with a busy schedule, it is very nice that the hours of the dealership are very accomodating. Also, Mark is readily available by cell phone. Very pleasant to work with and the staff at Suburban are very friendly when you walk through the door. I have been to another Ford dealership and actually waited for over a half an hour before anyone even asked if I had been helped. They lost two deals that day from me. Mark has always answered are detailed questions regarding financing so that we know exactly what to expect when we walk through the door. I scheduled a pickup on my lunch hour and with the in house cafe I was offered a free sandwich while I wait for a leasing agent to be available. The sign and drive for my early lease turn in was very smooth and I got a new car while staying with in the same monthly budget, in fact almost the exact same payment and that was perfect! Also while waiting for Mark at his desk, another staff member asked if I needed anything to drink. . . always very friendly team. They all work well together as a well oiled machine.
