My total exsperience at Suburban Sterling Hts. was fantastic. I was greeted at the door on a nasty winter day with a handshake and a smile from Mike Smitley. The reason I have rated Mike as I have is that he was friendly, returned calls as he said he would, and was excellent in the manner in which he handled our business. We had signed the papers and given the money for our new Flex, but neither my husband nor I liked the color which looked much more maroon on a cloudy day than it did the day I picked it out in the lot when it was very sunny. We were not taking possession of the car when we signed the papers. As I left showroom, I knew the car was wrong for us so on my way home I called Mike and left him a message that the color would not do. He was to keep the paperwork and the down payment and when we returned from up north we would get another car. In the meantime, we would look into different colors while we were away. While away, we choose "white suede" as the color. Mike hunted one up for us which had some extras and when we returned everything was ready and we took possession of our new Flex. We really like the professional way Mike dealt with us when we were not going to take the car we had originally purchased. He seemed to want us to have what we wanted and that made for a great overall experience with Suburban Ford. He's a great guy and did a great job for us. Janet Hopper More
