My husband called Suburban and talked with Brandon. All he wanted to know was the price of a vehicle as it was not posted on their website. I asked the same question as my husband did and did not get an answer. We talked about the car I was interested in and he had very little knowledge about it. I asked it photos would be posted soon. He said he could use his phone and send them to my phone. I do not have a smart phone and told him so. He did not believe me and said that everyone had a phone that he could email photos to. I asked if email would work and he agreed. He asked where I was located and I told him. He said I was close to the dealership. I stated that another Ford dealership was closer and I was thinking about going there to get a used vehicle. He proceeded to tell me the other dealership "sucked" and was a bad place to go. Really? I am sure Ford would not tolerate this comment. A worker at one local should never state their personal opinion of another local. I worked with another sales person when I went to Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights to search for a new car. More

Bought a used 2010 Ford Escape almost a year ago exactly. The vent blower malfunctioned a few months out. AC stopped working correctly almost immediately. Of course their extended warranty doesn't cover it. Explained the situation and of course, Suburban Ford's response is basically, "that sucks for you." More
