I started looking for a new car late last year, and went in to Suburban Ford just to see what was available. I was drawn by Ford's new lineup but what really impressed me was the service. We went to Kevin at Suburban after a very bad experience with another Metro Detroit Ford Dealership. We were interested in the Taurus SHO. Kevin took a ton of time previous to our visit looking into what we with another Metro Detroit Ford Dealership. We were interested in the Taurus SHO. Kevin took a ton of time previous to our visit looking into what we wanted and found our SHO and beat the price of the Dealership that blew us off. Kevin and several others stayed after closing time to finalize our deal so that we could take our new car home that Saturday instead of having us come back after the weekend!
