I was very pleased with my experience with Dave at Suburban Ford. I bought a used Ford Fusion. I don't think I could've gotten a better deal anywhere else! He helped make educated decisions about the features of the car and what would be best for me. I was purchasing during a very busy time for the dealer (the end of the month & the end of a promotion) and the office was very busy. Even though he was helping another family at the same time, Dave went out of his way to recognize us, and did a great job of making us feel important. My fiancé is looking for a new truck, and Suburban Ford is where we will be purchasing his truck, as well. I've never been made to feel so important buying a used car. It's service like this that makes me understand how a customer can be loyal to one specific dealer when it comes to buying their next car! More
