Stopped in for an Oil Change I was overdue for an oil change and finally got around to it late on a Saturday afternoon. I was greeted by friendly people who assured me they'd get me in. I was handed a pager and directed to a beautiful lounge with a restaurant.. Mandy Simon (new car sales) greeted me in the lounge and absolutely wowed me. Her enthusiasm is contagious. She was interested in what I drove and why. She knew everything about my truck. She spent time with me knowing I wasn't buying that day, but made sure that I was excited about my next F-150 and couldn't wait to tell me about all the new features and upgrades! She has that "it" factor that's hard to explain. She made me feel like the most important customer Suburban has ever had. I can not wait to buy my next vehicle from her! I walked out to the service area and my truck had been washed and the guy walks me to my door explaining everything that was done and checked. He hands me my keys and says that he hopes the visit went better than I expected. It certainly did. I don't normally take time to complete surveys, but this one was worth the time. Suburban Ford is a World-class dealership and I will be doing business and referring business there for many years to come. More
