2005 Ford Explorer Purchase I purchased a 2005 Ford Explorer on 4/29/15. I was immediately greeted in the parking lot by an employee who asked if I was looking for someone. When I purchased a 2005 Ford Explorer on 4/29/15. I was immediately greeted in the parking lot by an employee who asked if I was looking for someone. When I told the employee I was looking for Zack Simpson, he walked me into the waiting area and asked if I would like a beverage and went to get Zack. Zack met me shortly after and wanted to show me the Explorer. At the time, the Explorer was on the lift in the garage area. Zack was still able to have me take a look the vehicle and the mechanic, who was also very helpful and welcoming, lowered the vehicle so I could get a better look. I only had to wait a minimal amount of time before the Explorer was ready for a test drive. It drove very well and we started on the paperwork. It was getting late in the day and I didn't have the title for my trade in. Jeff Bartlett and Zack said it wasn't an issue and to drive to the Secretary of State Office to have one issued. When I returned, it was after 5:30 and the dealership was closing at 6. I never felt I was being rushed or that I was a bother to anyone. We completed the paperwork and Zack insisted to help me out with transferring my personal items from my trade in to the new vehicle. It has been 7 years since I have purchased a vehicle. Due to the wonderful experience I had, I will be returning to here to purchase any future vehicles.
