Bought a used 2010 Ford Escape almost a year ago exactly. The vent blower malfunctioned a few months out. AC stopped working correctly almost immediately. Of course their extended warranty doesn't cover it. Explained the situation and of course, Suburban Ford's response is basically, "that sucks for you." More

Bought my first brand new vehicle here from Anthony, a 2013 Ford Fusion. When I first came to the dealer, it was nothing but an excellent experience where everyone wanted to help me find what worked best for my family and me. Every step of the way was very easy and laid back. I never felt pressured or received any "salesman" vibes from Anthony. Of all the dealerships I've bought from, this is the only one I felt was trustworthy or worth promoting to other people looking at cars. My father also had his Ford Escape worked on here and received excellent service. I will definitely be returning in the future for service and eventually a new vehicle when the time comes. More

Anthony Ventimiglia was a great sales person. He went thru all the options on my car with me.
