Bought my first brand new vehicle here from Anthony, a 2013 Ford Fusion. I picked Suburban Ford after visiting two other Ford dealers (Troy/Clinton Township areas) which wouldn't give me the time of day when I was looking for information regarding the new Fusion with the manual transmission. When I first came to the dealer, it was nothing but an excellent experience where everyone wanted to help me find what worked best for my family and me. Every step of the way was very easy and laid back. I never felt pressured or received any "salesman" vibes from Anthony. Of all the dealerships I've bought from, this is the only one I felt was trustworthy or worth promoting to other people looking at cars. My father also had his Ford Escape worked on here and received excellent service. I will definitely be returning in the future for service and eventually a new vehicle when the time comes. More
