RECALL Took my car in for several recalls all were done in a day. I was explain how long it should take and if I wanted to use the shuttle. I used the shuttle, but miss the first shuttle, driver did not make sure everyone heard if he was needed. I was taken care of by my writer and she made sure I got a ride home. More

The team is friendly and really wanted to make sure that I was a happy customer before I left. They have done a lot of repairs to the car and even covered some repairs that were not covered under warranty to make sure that I was not left unsatisfied. I will be recommending Suburban Ford to any one buying a car. You can be sure that they will get you the right car for the right price and you don't have to worry about getting scammed. I will be going to this dealership for any and all cars in the future. The staff is friendly and really cares about their customers. More
