Dave and Lisa Elder helped me pick out the right car for me....a lovely Fusion SE. Over a 3 day period Dave exhibited extreme patience with me, getting cars to look at and drive. Overall phenomenal customer experience! I was in that market for a new vehicle for nearly two months and I visited a countless number of dealerships. Each dealership had their pluses and I was in that market for a new vehicle for nearly two months and I visited a countless number of dealerships. With that being said one of the things that really stuck out about Suburban Ford/Mazda of Sterling Heights was the phenomenal customer service that I received from every associate. From the sales associates, to the sales managers, to the finance managers, to the internet sales associates, and the receptionist/processor Ashley at the front desk. Everyone and I do mean everyone did a phenomenal job weather I was their direct customer or not I will steal treated with phenomenal customer service. LastlyBrian and the Suburban Ford team really exceeded my expectations. What I mean is I had equipment/supplies that was being ordered for my vehicle and it arrived in record time, so not only did the team meet my expectations but they exceeded them. B..S !! LIES!! as soon as the ink dried on those papers so did all the fake smiles and more b.s began. they replaced a broken motor mount? how in the world tat was over looked by the tech's during their so called complete multi point inspection when receiving it as stated on sticker, is beyond me!!! service engine light has been on since day 1, notified them, and was told not their problem as well as a steering issue witch could possible break and cause an accident, also told not their problem.. i hate even sitting in the car. i don't know whats next.never again that's all i can say.there are plenty of other dealers in the area that would love to have our business!!! More
