AWESOME Customer Service with Matthew Siman!!!! I went in the day after Christmas (2014) to check out an advertised deal for a Ford Focus and I was Lucky to have met my Salesman Matthew Siman. and h I went in the day after Christmas (2014) to check out an advertised deal for a Ford Focus and I was Lucky to have met my Salesman Matthew Siman. and he found us an even better deal on a 2015 Ford Fusion (which I LOVE!!!) He is extremely helpful, super kind, very informative and also very good with being thorough and yet doing everything in a timely manner. I would Highly recommend this dealership to EVERYONE!! Just today took my car in for service and was so pleased with how friendly and accommodating everyone was from Matthew Siman to Jaclynn and Mike (Service Mgr.) and to the people at the front desk and on the floor!!! Great Experience Tim was my salesperson and was very helpful. He made me feel like a friend, not a client. While I waited for paperwork, an appraisal for my trade-in, Tim was my salesperson and was very helpful. He made me feel like a friend, not a client.
