You are meet at the door with a smile and that smile and courtesy continues throughout the whole buying/ leasing process. Road Hazard Not to long ago I became a victim of the Van Dyke construction. I was run of the road and thought that I had destroyed my new vehicle. That was on a Saturday, that Monday I brought the car into the service dept.My wife and I were introduced to the manager, Mike Skeltis. He took my SUV and kept it for 24 hrs. so that he could have the vehicle completely check out. He and his crew were just great and my SUV was returned and I was assured that my vehicle was fine and that I was lucky that their was no damage. More

I have bought a total of 3 cars from here. My experience with this dealership has been amazing to be honest! I have less than perfect credit and they don't treat you like its your fault in life My experience with this dealership has been amazing to be honest! I have less than perfect credit and they don't treat you like its your fault in life. Actually they treat you like you have perfect credit and want to go the extra mile for you. I worked with Aaron on two of the cars i purchased the other one the rep no longer works there. My wife noted that she enjoyed that they don't pressure you. If you don't like something, about your car or service they wont pressure you and try and pitch you into purchasing anyway. If you need a good reliable used car at a good rate this is the place to go. It don't matter that you have bad credit they fight to get you the best rate possible! More

Brian Bellhorn - GREAT guy! My lease was almost up so I was speaking to 4 different dealers on what they could do for me. I told them what I wanted/was looking for and gave them my budget. I don't have a lot of money so my budget is tight. This would be my 3rd Ford lease. I'm a Manager in a plant so I don't have a lot of time to run around. I choose Brian/Suburban. He was consistent in responding to me, always. Never pushed me into something I wasn't comfortable with. He LISTENED to me. He is very down to earth and I never felt bad for not being able to afford more. He got me the car I wanted at the monthly payment I asked him for. Treated me great from beginning to end. I would recommend Brian to anyone looking for a car. The dealership was great too. I signed all my paperwork up with Sarah and she was great too. Sales Manager introduced himself to me and checked back in later. Great place. I will be going back there when this lease is up:) More
