Salesman was not the best. Very aggressive text messaging and continuously late with information, paperwork, and completion of the sale. Hours of time wasted with “only 5 more minutes” or “only 1/2 an hour”. If it’s going to be 2-3 hours then state that. Missed a very important meeting with my global partners over “only 5 more minutes”. He needs to learn a little bit of professional edicate when using text messaging as communication. I do have to say Lily who finalized the paperwork was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. More

I bought the 2022 Edge over the phone and took the salesman’s word about condition and the accessories that were to come with it. Only one key not two as he told me and no owners manual, which he told salesman’s word about condition and the accessories that were to come with it.
