Big mistake buying from here I purchased a used car from this dealership, and let me tell you I will never go back there. To start it off let me say that they were so interested i I purchased a used car from this dealership, and let me tell you I will never go back there. To start it off let me say that they were so interested in selling me the vehicle that I was able to view the car before it had been even cleaned out. The salesman was pulling fast food bags out as he was bringing it around to show me. The car I was inquiring about was not inspected at the time I saw it, guess I should have waited. I was able to "test drive" the vehicle on the lot. There were a few issues with the vehicle that I figured would have been taken care of before delivery, but they were not, the vehicles key fobs did not work, the vehicle needed 4 new tires, I was given 2 and told the others were within requirements, and when I made mention of them replacing any of the items, I was told that they couldn't do it because they were not a Dodge dealer. With the good price on the vehicle I still accepted, as these were only minor issues. I was informed that the vehicle was getting new brakes and an oil change. Now that I have the carfax, the never replaced the brakes, which I will have to do after only owning the car for a few months. I noticed a slight whine from the vehicle, but being as it had been inspected I thought nothing of it. Well, I took my vehicle in for some recall issues to a Dodge Dealer and had them check out the noise. They found that my power steering pump and reservoir were bad. So, I had them get an approval from the service contract I purchased, and it is still costing me over $300 to fix. My final complaint, I was never told anything about the financing, until I was in to sign the paperwork, luckily it was within my budget. I will not deal with them again. More

The work is done promptly, throughly and with a pleasant smile and attitude. While I'm waiting I'm offered free coffee, and seating in a clean and comfortable area. The appearance of my dealership is most attractive and modern design. Finally at time to pay for services rendered, the cashier ladies are very kind and also my car is washed.
