I had looked at and drove a few cars at other dealers prior to finding this one and decided a trip to Suburban on Saturday morning was in order. I checked the car out and then spoke with Skip, he was informative and answered all my questions. After test driving the car twice (I'm very picky) I decided the car was what I was looking for. After working out a fair price and trade Skip and the Suburban crew had me financed and out the door in my new to me car in no time at all. Great experience and loving my new ride. More

I drove from Livonia to Sterling Heights to look at i I was looking for an inexpensive used F-150 and saw a truck that fit my needs on their website. I drove from Livonia to Sterling Heights to look at it. I found out it was on their Wholesale Lot meaning it was As-Is. Perfect for me and what I wanted. After looking at many similar vehicles, this particular truck was in amazing shape. A great find in excellent condition. Roman was fast and efficient in the sales process and arranged for easy financing, even on a Saturday! The Finance and Insurance process was painless and I drove away in my new (used) truck in just a couple hours. I crashed my brand new car, only a month after financing it, and the body shop did Suburban Ford helped me greatly through a very stressful situation. I crashed my brand new car, only a month after financing it, and the body shop did an excellent shop at repairing it. The repairs were done with great care, and there was very timely communication between them, my insurance company, and myself. I would recommend anyone to this dealership, because they truly care about the customer experience. The repairs on the front end of my car were done completed thoroughly and to where I could drive it safely. And no matter what questions I had, reasonable or unreasonable, they answered them with great respect and positivity. More

So, on the last day of August I decided to take advantage of their sale and trade in deal. I called Tammy Penna and as always she was very accommodating. I was rushed for time because my wife and I were leaving town that afternoon for a few days. Tammy helped me find a car and we did what needed to do to get the ball rolling.
