As of February 9th 2016, the water Pump ($400) and the Intake Manifold Gasket ($930) are leaking antifreeze. Was told by Mr. Skipper, that's it's normal wear and tear and that I had the car for three months, which is a Lie. I purchased the vehicle on December 30th 2015. Took it to Moran Chevrolet and they found these problems and said whomever put the last Water Pump on, broke the Timing Cover ($830). Got a Bogus Warranty from Caleb that only covers the Water Pump. He was so patient to sit down with me and let me explain my financial situation, and understood that I was only seeking a specific model. He took the time to go over options with me, giving me time to decide if I wanted to try and purchase. Roman pulled the vehicle around and let it warm up before my test drive, as I had my 4 year old daughter with me. He addressed all of my concerns after the test drive, offered a final mechanical inspection with a full tank of gas and gave recommendations for insurance agents while we waited for the finalizing of paperwork. His customer service and incentives reassured me of my purchase, because I had already agreed to buy. He was genuinely personable and great to work with; I didn't feel rushed or pressured at any time. Overall the entire staff were friendly, courteous and welcoming. Would highly recommend. More
