Great Experience I'll start by saying I loathe taking time out of my weeknights/weekends to purchase a new vehicle. So I was not looking forward to the experience. Excellent Service by Suburban Ford Suburban Ford helped me greatly through a very stressful situation. I crashed my brand new car, only a month after financing it, and the body shop did Suburban Ford helped me greatly through a very stressful situation. I crashed my brand new car, only a month after financing it, and the body shop did an excellent shop at repairing it. The repairs were done with great care, and there was very timely communication between them, my insurance company, and myself. I would recommend anyone to this dealership, because they truly care about the customer experience. The repairs on the front end of my car were done completed thoroughly and to where I could drive it safely. And no matter what questions I had, reasonable or unreasonable, they answered them with great respect and positivity. More

So, on the last day of August I decided to take advantage of their sale and trade in deal. I called Tammy Penna and as always she was very accommodating. I was rushed for time because my wife and I were leaving town that afternoon for a few days. Tammy helped me find a car and we did what needed to do to get the ball rolling. I returned two days later and we finished the deal. Everything went smoothly. I am very pleased with Tammy and the dealership team. More

Big mistake buying from here I purchased a used car from this dealership, and let me tell you I will never go back there. To start it off let me say that they were so interested i I purchased a used car from this dealership, and let me tell you I will never go back there. To start it off let me say that they were so interested in selling me the vehicle that I was able to view the car before it had been even cleaned out. The salesman was pulling fast food bags out as he was bringing it around to show me. The car I was inquiring about was not inspected at the time I saw it, guess I should have waited. I was able to "test drive" the vehicle on the lot. There were a few issues with the vehicle that I figured would have been taken care of before delivery, but they were not, the vehicles key fobs did not work, the vehicle needed 4 new tires, I was given 2 and told the others were within requirements, and when I made mention of them replacing any of the items, I was told that they couldn't do it because they were not a Dodge dealer. With the good price on the vehicle I still accepted, as these were only minor issues. I was informed that the vehicle was getting new brakes and an oil change. Now that I have the carfax, the never replaced the brakes, which I will have to do after only owning the car for a few months. I noticed a slight whine from the vehicle, but being as it had been inspected I thought nothing of it. Well, I took my vehicle in for some recall issues to a Dodge Dealer and had them check out the noise. They found that my power steering pump and reservoir were bad. So, I had them get an approval from the service contract I purchased, and it is still costing me over $300 to fix. My final complaint, I was never told anything about the financing, until I was in to sign the paperwork, luckily it was within my budget. I will not deal with them again. More
