They don't call back My husband and I went in to buy a vehicle and we were told that we would receive a call once the bank called them back. Didn't ever receive that call. I had inquired about a car on Sunday while they were closed, and received a response first thing on Monday morning, by email as I requested instead of calling. When I responded to Michelle's email to make an appointment she responded almost immediately with a confirmation. They were available when I had to switch the appointment time. and perfectly polite when I showed up late because I was lost. They worked quickly to get me into the car I wanted within a couple of hours. Dylan, Vito and a man who I believe is a sales manager. For the first time I had an experience with a dealership that involved reasonable, honest and pleasant people. More
