It has been weeks since I’ve shown my interest in buying 2011 subaru forester. Company executives only tell me that they see that I am interested and would like to connect. This has happened a few times but no actual communication occurred. I’m in need of a car that’s why I’m on your site but if you don’t want to help then you should just shut it down. Telling me I’m interested in buying is something I already know is not helping me in any way. Very poor customer service. More

Sales and parts are great, but trying to get a hold of an actual service advisor is an exercise in futility. The service calls are farmed out to an overseas booking center. Wait 15-20min to get an answer, th actual service advisor is an exercise in futility. The service calls are farmed out to an overseas booking center. Wait 15-20min to get an answer, then request a call back, then wait (3 days now) for a call from someone actually in the United States. Lesson learned! More
