I had inquired about a car on Sunday while they were closed, and received a response first thing on Monday morning, by email as I requested instead of calling. When I responded to Michelle's email to make an appointment she responded almost immediately with a confirmation. They were available when I had to switch the appointment time. and perfectly polite when I showed up late because I was lost. They worked quickly to get me into the car I wanted within a couple of hours. Dylan, Vito and a man who I believe is a sales manager. For the first time I had an experience with a dealership that involved reasonable, honest and pleasant people. More

Unexpected & Ideal Results We initially went there to look at a 2013 Tahoe, which was newly listed and there was no information on the website where we found it. When they pulled up the vehicle, it was everything that we wanted. They gave us all the car info including the Carfax and told us they would clean the car up, put it through the inspection, and fix the paint on the right bumper. In a few days, it was ready for re-inspection, and we were sold. The process was pretty painless. The price was more than fair. And, there was no upselling of things they didn't think we needed. Our salesman, Roman, was personable and engaging. The Manager, Brian, was extremely accommodating and made sure that we were completely satisfied with our purchase, quality of car detailing and the paint repair was done to our standards. The financing with Justin was a "piece of cake". I would highly recommend checking these guys out. More

Awesome experience I went to this dealership because they were the only ones willing to help me with the credit that I have. I submitted my application online and within I went to this dealership because they were the only ones willing to help me with the credit that I have. I submitted my application online and within 5 minutes Terry had contacted me. I met with Terry later that day and I was shocked at how well he treated me. He was very professional and very helpful with helping me decide which car would be best for my family. After I had spent 6 hours at the dealership, because of my credit situation, I told him that I needed to come back another day. He was very understanding. He never pressured me into buying a particular car to "get the sale". He just wanted what was best for me. I came back the next day and purchased the car I first test drove. He even took the car seats out of my old car and put them in my new car so I didn't need to worry about it. He was very helpful and i would recommend him to anybody.
