Professional, Not Pushy, Patient & Helpful! I had heard about Suburban Ford being the #1 dealer in the state of Michigan through the grapevine. When my daughter had been having a difficult time I had heard about Suburban Ford being the #1 dealer in the state of Michigan through the grapevine. When my daughter had been having a difficult time finding the exact car she had wanted and the prices being offered at other dealerships were out of her range, I decided to give them a call. I was connected to Terry Lange through the dealer operator and this man couldn't have been more patient, kind or helpful. He stayed on the phone with me for about 20 minutes and gave me the information about cars on their lot that suited her wish list and price range. Not once, did he give me the usual "car sales" run around. My daughter and I decided to go and visit Terry in person to review the cars he told me about. Not only did Terry and Suburban Ford find her the Ford Escape that she had been wanting (miles, options and color) but at a lower price AND finance rate than had been offered to her by other dealerships. This was my daughters first newer car purchase with a loan she obtained all by herself at 21, and exactly the experience I had wanted her to have (which I told both Terry and his Manager!) She was extremely frustrated at the other dealership but now she is extremely happy and LOVES HER CAR!! We WILL be back to do business with Terry, Brian Lagodna (Used Car Sales Manager) and Vito Vultaggio (Finance Manager) again in the very new future! Thank you all! More

Destroyed My Anxiety of Buying from a Dealership. When the listing was posted for the 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland on Cars.com, I knew I had to have it. It looked to be in immaculate condition. I When the listing was posted for the 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland on Cars.com, I knew I had to have it. It looked to be in immaculate condition. It was even already at a very reasonable price as verified on Kelly Blue Book. More importantly though, I had to make sure it was the right car. I inquired about the truck the first day it was listed, before it had even been through detailing and inspection. Already I became a little afraid, especially since this would be my first time buying a vehicle on my own, when I seen it the first time, there were tons of lights on for ABS, TPS, 4X4, and engine codes. The free CarFax available for the vehicle had a decent history. My sales Consultant, Mario Stellino, told me that their mechanics were working on repairing and cleaning up any problems with the vehicle; I was even able to talk with the mechanic, Dino, who was the person actually working on the truck. He gave me details on all the things they were doing, what was wrong and what things my happen in the long future of the vehicle. I asked how the repairs would affect the price of the car and rest assured, the price we would be negotiating was for having everything on the truck working. After they replaced a few parts on the vehicle a few of the problems were corrected on the vehicle, the only things left were to fix the ABS, TPS, and display. At this point, I requested to take it for a pre-purchase inspection and had the car there immediately, no hassle. For repairing the rest of the vehicle to brand new condition, the pre-purchase inspectors quoted me $1000. Concerned, I brought this to the attention of Mario; he told me he would talk with his boss to see what could be negotiated. The next day I received a call from Mario, after talking with his boss, he offered me the vehicle 1100 lower to cover for the cost of my pre-inspection and all the repairs. I immediately jumped on the offer, purchased the vehicle and had the difference repaired. Now I'm happy to say that I'm driving around MY 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland with no problems all bellow the price I wanted! It sounds and runs great, rides smoothly, and even tows my boat without complaints. I couldn't believe how smooth the transactions were. They made sure to keep me informed about the vehicle in its process. I was able to take the vehicle on several test drives. I viewed a few similar vehicles. I took the truck for independent inspection, which verified everything Mario and Dino told me. The price was negotiated and adjusted reasonably for me. Although I had already financed the car though my credit union, Caleb, the finance manager, explained my options and offered a few warranties and options they had, I declined them and he did not pressure me at all. We finished the whole signing process in well under five minutes. Everyone I spoke with was more than happy to assist me along the way and was amazingly friendly. I never could have imagined such a wonderful experience going through a dealership after always being told horror stories and how conniving car salesmen were. There was no intense negotiation, arm twisting, or boxing match between me seeing the truck and me taking it home. I would advise anyone looking to buy a car to come and see Mario. I'm so glad I came to Suburban Ford to buy my first vehicle. More

Brad helped us leave with our vehicle that day, he knew we lived far and worked very hard to make everything happen for us. We got a great price on our trade in, almost $1,000 more than the dealership we had went to prior. Not to mention a great price on our used GMC envoy. Justin in the finance department was thorough and helpful with getting us out the door (we had our 2 year old son with us) also a happy go lucky personality and smile!
