Typical salesperson Antonio was really helpful when it came to getting me in a new lease a couple years ago, but now that my lease is coming to an end- & I'm looking at o Antonio was really helpful when it came to getting me in a new lease a couple years ago, but now that my lease is coming to an end- & I'm looking at other options, he seems disinterested and isn't being all that helpful. Brought my car in for an appraisal and some quotes recently, had to wait around in the lobby for some time and then I wasn't really happy with any of the quotes when I got them. I had my heart set on a pickup truck (I'd like one before winter comes for safety reasons) but the monthly payment (even with 2 grand down, which is quite a bit for a young kid) was out of my budget. Antonio offered me other options, saying I could get into a brand new version of the same model of the car I have now for only $9 less a month, or an Escape for the same amount, but I made it clear I was only in the market for a truck. Following up after that appointment, I've been e-mailing Antonio more questions as I come up with them. I was interested in financing a used truck (a 14 or 15 model) but according to Antonio, that's not an option and they don't have any 2 year old cars for me to look at. Not only is he not giving me options, he took days to respond to my first e-mail, and when he did finally respond he sent a vague short text message to my cell phone. I don't like communicating professionally via text (it's not thorough enough) so I e-mailed him again with a few more questions, it's been a week or so and I still haven't received a response. Needless to say I want out of my lease now so I can take my business elsewhere but I'm not getting answers to questions that I need in order to even do so. More

Then when the actual Salesman got my phone number, Jesus christ,I could have been at my mother's funeral and he still would of blew up my phone!!!! Super unprofessional in my opinion. DEFINITELY will not be going back to this dealership. They sold me a truck on empty and xxxx near had to pull teeth to get a low lousy xxx $25 in gas not diesel because they said they don't have a diesel pump yet you could spit and hit the speedway gas station "RIGHT NEXT DOOR "? Retuned my vehicle letting me know, they found nothing. Happend again. Collett, immediately saw to my transportation needs with a loaner. A week later my vehicle was ready. A detailed inspection could find nothing. Happend again. This visit had results,chafed wire intermittently causing issues. Repaired better then new. Well Done to the mechanics. Ms.Erickson treat me with great respect and kindness. Ms. Erickson showed knowledge and savvy at her job, I felt confident talking with her. A fine professional to have on your team.
