We had to repeatedly call for about 2-3 weeks because no on would call us back to let us know when we could pick it up. We drove it solely on the weekends to run errands for 3 months. It's now not running again. We took it to another dealer who recommended we donate or junk it. We decided to donate it. The car was a very used lemon :-( More
Poor Comunication and Customer Service I seen Robert Melly and he seemed nice in person. However after my visit I had to call Robert Twice to find out what was going on. Over a week past I seen Robert Melly and he seemed nice in person. However after my visit I had to call Robert Twice to find out what was going on. Over a week past and I contacted him again. He called back and left a nasty message on my voicemail. Robert said, "I spoke with you and explained that I handed your file over to another department. If you would like me to tell you this again please call me back and I can". He left no name of who I should contact, because clearly I had no idea what was going on, which is why I contacted him again for the third time? Just overall poor service, would not recommend. More
Not The Dealer They Used to Be I have purchased vehicles from them for 15 years and WAS a dedicated customer. I never even shopped other dealerships, that's how much I enjoyed my purchase experiences from them. However my last purchase this year 2016 the dealership has done a 180 in my opinion. Finance department is incompetent and shady. Sales staff has changed for the worse as far as customer satisfaction. When used cars was on the new dealership side of the road, they were at the top of the class. NOT the case anymore. They have lost a whole family of customers because they lost the touch and seam to only care about the sale. Sorry Suburban, don't change what wasn't broken. Bring back the old sales staff and MAYBE you can redeem yourself. More

Well done gentlemen, well done. We found a truck that we liked on line, the next morning we made an appointment with Anthony Simon. Our appointment was at 7pm. First impression - We found a truck that we liked on line, the next morning we made an appointment with Anthony Simon. Our appointment was at 7pm. First impression - A showroom like we have never seen before. It was huge and the people, all were friendly and genuinely cared that you were being looked after. Jeremy Johnston introduced himself as we waited for our appointment with Anthony. Jeremy told us if at anytime we had any questions to feel free to ask him. Anthony showed us the truck we inquired about and gave us the keys to give it a test drive. When we came back, Anthony was working with another couple, but Jeremy Johnston true to his word, we accessible and answered our questions that put us at ease on whether to go with purchasing or leasing. We liked what we saw and heard so we decided to lease the truck. We had no idea we would be driving it home that evening. It was like it was meant to be. I had contacted our insurance agent earlier that day, just in case and she had provided enough information to make it happen if we did. I am not going to lie about this, I was skeptical that would even happen. Anthony busted butt. I asked when we could take it home and he said tonight. My jaw about dropped. Next thing you know Anthony guided us over to Eddie (Auday Putrus) the finance guy, now mind you it is well after hours, the place has closed and these guys stuck around to make sure we got what we wanted and got it that night. Eddie guided us through the process and made recommendations that made sense for us. We went back to Anthony, he walked us out to the truck and offered to come out to our house bring out our license plate and to give a demonstration of the features of the truck as well as set up the phone. Normally, I would think that is a very nice touch of service, but what I did not mention was that we live over an hour a way. Anthony made an effort above and beyond what I would consider what a salesperson would do. He truly showed that you matter even after the ink on the paperwork has dried. Anthony came to the house and showed my husband what the truck features consisted of and made him very happy. We had a bad experience with a well known Ford dealership in Ann Arbor. So understandably we were a bit leery and not looking forward to getting taken advantage of again. But clearly this was NOT the case with Suburban Ford - Sterling Heights from the sales person right to the finance guy. Impression of staff encountered during visit- Anthony Simon - A go getter and a people pleaser. He will move quickly up the ladder. In no way is he pushy. He believes in the product and it sells itself. Jeremy Johnston - Cares about his sales staff and looks after them. Helps them make a sale. Eddie (Auday Putrus) - Knowledgeable and helps you make a decision on what, if any, extras would work best for you. In all cases, not one of them made us feel rushed even though the showroom was closed. If I had a complaint the only one I would make is that they are not closer to our house. Like I said in the title - Well done gentlemen, well done! More

Kevin Miller:No pressure and to the point. I work down the street and stopped in quickly on my lunch break to see how I'd fit in the two cars I'm considering. (I'm 6'5" and 250#) I walked into the door and was professionally greeted by Kevin- I told him I'm popping in quick to look at a few things and was out. I was not buying/leasing today. He said okay and told me to check back in if I had any questions. I found the mustang no problem but after searching for an RS to sit in but didn't see any on the floor. I found Kevin and he got on the phone to make sure I completed my mission. We walked to a nearby building and I got to sit in one (kinda snug but doable.. better then i was expecting) He even had a customer waiting- but made sure I was taken care of. I really appreciated the time he spent. If I go the route of the RS/5.0 I'll be sure to call Kevin Miller More

He was patient, understanding, and worked tiresomely towards getting my wife into a dream vehicle, enough to make her cry with joy.
