I can honestly say that he is the first sales manager we've met at a dealership that did not insult our intelligence with transparent sales tactics to gain the upper hand. Id like to say here, that such old school tatics only serve to reinforce a customer's uncertainty and have led to us walking out of other dealerships in the past. Unfortunately, those experiences left us bitter and suspicious. Buying a car is nerve racking enough, right?! Thankfully, this was not an issue working with you! Regular car dealer Nothing out of ordinary - doing business same way like any other dealers: some things very good and others that can be improved The car had gas Nothing out of ordinary - doing business same way like any other dealers: some things very good and others that can be improved The car had gas and was ready for a test drive - this was nice (one dealer asked me to put gas in the car and another one told me that I can not drive the car I want because has no gas) The car was not thoroughly inspected : had some minor scratches, missing technical book , I asked to be fixed and they were - - not big deal - but I have to come back into dealer and spend there 3-4 hours, this extra trip could have been avoided. When I brought back the car back few days later I was able to work on my laptop on their waiting area -They were nice and turned the TV volume down and also there was nobody else there - but will be nice to have a more private area where you can work while waiting for the car to be repaired. Financing - they will not accept credit card as down payment - they didn't accept a personal check - I had to go to the bank for a certified check - this was a waste of time. John was helpful - a very nice person with a very positive attitude. I will ask for him next time I'm looking for a car. More

I have been buying my cars from Ian for years, and my family has followed suit. He is courteous and kind, always going above and beyond the call of duty. He researches tirelessly for the best deal, keeping in mind all the features that are important to the customer's needs. He follows up in a timely manner and never pressures customers, respecting their boundaries and personal needs at all times. He even checked up on my car for me whenever it was in for service. I wouldn't buy from anyone else. Everyone I have met at Suburban has been kind and helpful, and I couldn't recommend Ian or Suburban Ford more. Whenever I hear someone is in the market for a new vehicle, I send them to Ian. More
