I have bought a number of cars from dealerships all over the country, but Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights was the one of my best experiences yet. Th I have bought a number of cars from dealerships all over the country, but Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights was the one of my best experiences yet. These guys are great and every one of the employees in the dealership (Pre-owned specifically) cares immensely about their customers. My experience was a lengthy one, as I had a hard time setting the time off to make it out there, but they accommodated me and the entire process was a breeze. Terry Lange, the sales rep. I worked with, is a stand up guy. He has a very high level of integrity and made sure that I was comfortable with the vehicle that I was purchasing, even though I had not seen it yet. He worked diligently to ensure that I was informed and up to date throughout the entire process and straightened out every kink that came along. I can say with confidence that he surpassed my expectations from a sales / business standpoint, I was very impressed at his level of knowledge- which is what you want when you spend over $30k on a vehicle. I could not be happier with Terry and his work at Suburban Ford, I would highly recommend that you use this guy- he is great! I had the chance to work with the Manager, Brian Lagodna, who was also a stand up guy. This is the man who is in charge of all the operations in the pre-owned department (which is huge), and for him to be as squared away as he was, says a lot about the dealership and the cars that they sell. I am really very impressed with this dealership, Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights, and cannot say enough good about them. I have a lot of friends who buy a lot of cars, and you better believe I am going to recommend the trip out to Detroit to give these guys the business. Car dealerships with high levels of integrity and honesty are hard to find these days, but Suburban Ford is the real deal. You cannot go wrong here. More

When financing the car I had the feeling that Finance tried cross selling of car insurances to hard, as I got told that would be the common standard. Maybe I am wrong, but after denying it, I got rid of 2 out of 3. So I am fine with the result. This is the only little thing what is missing for 5 out of 5. Overall, also Finance was very friendly, helpful and explained everything quite well. Good job here as well. More

I recently purchased my 4th vehicle through this company. Following a few emails with my sales associate mandy, I was able to get most of the necessary paper work done ahead of time and fax it to their office. I met in person with mandy at about 500 and was out of the dealership in less than an hour. All representives from the person reviewing my previous vehicle to the financial representative to my saleswoman were friendly, efficient, and professional. Purchasing a vehicle has never been easier. The great prices, friendly atmosphere and ease of getting into a new vehicle are all reasons help create the perfect car buying experience.
