Unlike some of the other dealerships I went to that day, I didn't experience dishonest tactics - i.e. starting offers that were embarrassingly low with time-wasting, gimmicky explanations that had no basis on market data. Mark Shama of Suburban came out of the gate with a very reasonable offer, and I returned later that day after shopping around because this first offer was the best offer.
