I have a Ford dealership 10 minutes from my house but I chose to make the 40 minute drive again to Sterling heights and im glad I did. Jeremy did a great job. More

My first car buying experience - thumbs down I went into the dealership after finding a car online that was a great deal. I went to the dealership the same day and found that someone had already I went into the dealership after finding a car online that was a great deal. I went to the dealership the same day and found that someone had already put a deposit down so I was only allowed to drive it around the lot. Got a call around 4:30 the next day from Mario letting me know that the car was all mine if I wanted it. I knew that if I didn't act fast that this deal wouldn't last! I signed my life away on Saturday of the same week and thought the paperwork was done and that I could just come and pick it up on Monday. That was not the case, I had to submit a pay stub even though I was already pre-approved by my bank. I went to pick up the car on Monday and was told that the car had been inspected and cleaned and ready to go. That was mostly true except I found out a few days later that the hazard lights do not work and the outside temperature gauge was broken. The car also needed an oil change and the tires were low. So much for an inspection! I then waited over two hours to finalize the purchase even though I was told multiple times that it would only be 5 more minutes by multiple people. Got there around 5:45PM and didn't leave til' 15 minutes before closing time! My father and I complained to the manager and also threatened to leave and all I got was a measly coupon book for one free oil change even though I don't live anywhere close to the dealership. I also wish I would have closed my loan at my credit union instead of the dealership as it would have been a lot faster. I won't be back or recommend this dealership to anyone. EDIT: Found out that the damage that was reported on my CarFax report was cosmetically fixed but there is a wiring issue that was not fixed. The dealership has not reached out to fix the issue or offer to pay. More
