From the first phone call to your dealership I knew we were on the right path. I asked the receptionist to give us to the most experienced most knowledgeable salesperson and she connected us to Flora Gjo were on the right path. My wife was in 5 car accident (which wasn't her fault) and our 2022 Edge Titanium was severely damaged. We leased the vehicle from Brad Klein at Suburban (who was also great to deal with) and decided to and our 2022 Edge Titanium was severely damaged. We leased the vehicle from Brad Klein at Suburban (who was also great to deal with) and decided to have the Edge repaired at Suburban Ford. We took the vehicle in at the beginning of the UAW strike, and our estimator, Paul Zambas ssured us that he would do his best to try and get our Edge repaired as quickly as possible before it would be hard to get parts. I am happy to say that our Edge was repaired in less than 30 days and we couldn't be happier with the service that we received at the Suburban Ford Collison Shop. Paul Zambas and Bryan Stier were great to deal with. Our 2022 Edge looks great! Bob and Kathy Maurer More

Very disappointed in the finance department. I specifically told them I didn't want any type of extended warranties and they signed me up anyway. They gave me a flashdrive instead of paperwork s I specifically told them I didn't want any type of extended warranties and they signed me up anyway. They gave me a flashdrive instead of paperwork so I didn't realize it until I got home that I am paying an extra $75 a month for a service I didn't want. This is deceptive and completely unprofessional. I have made multiple contacts to get this resolved and all I continue to get is a never ending run around. Go to Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights at your own peril. More

I worked with Vincent when I came in to look at a vehicle. I gave him my details that I received a email about brining my vehicle in for a appraisal from Kelly Blue Book. I told Vincent that I was no vehicle. I gave him my details that I received a email about brining my vehicle in for a appraisal from Kelly Blue Book. I told Vincent that I was not in a good place to put money down and I didn't have a co-signer. But yet he did not take any notes down and asked for one when he called and asked for 12k down. All he said was ok take care, no sorry we couldn't help you but maybe when your in a better place please come see me. He just said take care and hung up. I felt I was treated nothing but a number and not as a person and because of that this dealership has lost my potential business in the future. More
