I had gone on 23 test drives prior to working with her, and she is, hands down, the best salesperson that I worked with. Michele worked hard to make certain that I was getting the best bang for my buck, as well as a vehicle that was a great fit for me. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with her. It was well worth my 70 minute one direction trip to not only get the Sterling Heights advantage, but also the premier service that Michele provides. More
LIED TO MY FACE ABOUT REQUIRING OVER $2,000 EXTRA ON MY LOAN I asked Dylan about the $2,322 from the Gap insurance and The warranty( which had so many clauses and loopholes designed for them to never pay anyway I asked Dylan about the $2,322 from the Gap insurance and The warranty( which had so many clauses and loopholes designed for them to never pay anyway )added to my loan, I didnt want them and he said they are normally voluntary but because I had no credit history they were mandatory by the loaning agency. If you read the documents they say those extras are voluntary and not required for the loan and so I got a refund off my loan but this was complete BS. DYLAN LIED DIRECTLY TO MY FACE!!!! so don't trust what he says, and do your homework before signing the paperwork, put the deposit on your car, take it home and read it and dont fall for the excitement of your new car! Still happy with my vehicle but not the lies of the saleman. More

Beware of slimey, petty sales manager! Sales department came up with the idea of allowing me to drive an explorer while my vehicle was in for service for a recall, I was a few weeks from th Sales department came up with the idea of allowing me to drive an explorer while my vehicle was in for service for a recall, I was a few weeks from the end of my lease so I was in the market to purchase a vehicle. They needed the vehicle to get above 2000 miles so they could sell it discounted, it needed 220 miles more to go. As I was looking to purchase an Explorer, I agreed to take the vehicle on an extended test drive over the weekend in the hopes that if I liked the vehicle I might purchase that one. Afterwards I decided that I wanted a different model instead of the XLT, I wanted the Sport or Limited. They decided to charge me $127 for the test drive because I decided not to purchase that exact vehicle. I was at the time still considering purchasing a vehicle from them but just a different model. This could have been a positive experience, they could have gained an incredibly loyal customer who is new to the area. But, their sales manager is rather pompous and petty and unfortunately one bad experience like this has ruined the whole brand for me. Anytime someone is looking for a new vehicle I will forever tell my story. Hope it was worth the $127 that you didn't get anyways due to me disputing it with my credit card company. More
