Transmission warranty work, and possible safety concerns while driving, were of concern. Ian was conscientious, receptive to my concerns and reassured me that it would be taken care of in a timely fashion. He provided me with a loaner vehicle, which he made sure the team provided me with a clean vehicle and a full gas tank along with instructions on how to return the loaner vehicle. Ian kept in contact with me regarding the progress of my repairs and making sure that I knew what was covered under my extended service warranty. We have two vehicles in the family that we have purchased through suburban Ford of Romeo… We will continue taking our vehicles there for service and warranty work… As well as any future purchases or leases. Again, I was very impressed with Ian‘s attention to this matter! More
