Since I am handicapped it is a great service this dealership provides locally to come and pick up your car for oil, filter, tire rotation service and return the car to your home. There was a problem with one of the tires going flat while sitting in the driveway after it was returned. Matt with the mobile repair unit was sent to our home. He took care of the problem and was extremely polite and helpful. Wish all employees at service companies were like Matt. More
I made appt to bring in my vehicle for review of tires. I made appt two weeks in advance. When I came in, I was about 15 minutes early. I stated to have my tires looked at. He then said they didn't have time for that. I told him I had an appt and I didn't need the car back today. He told he could not do the write up. I was so taken back as I had an appt and he said well they shouldn't have made it. Had he said that they didn't have time apologized for not be able to honor their commitment and asked me to come back later I could have been more understanding that was not the case. I then asked him if what he was saying was as a ford owner of over 30 years I am not able to make appt for car to be serviced at my local dealer. He then turned to the rep and told her to write up the ro. In the end they were not able to fully service the car they did put a plug in one tire. I then went to another dealership (not a suburban dealership) and they took me right in without appt. and had car serviced and purchased 4 new tires. I gave them my 2000 dollars worth of business. Chris has insured that I will never give a dime to the suburban group. I will most certainly never entertain purchasing a vehicle from Romeo suburban Ford which is unfortunate as I prefer to deal locally. Chris could benefit from some customer service training as a service manager he needs to do better! He needs to set a good example for his team given his managerial position. . More
Worst Service Department in Michigan. Brought car in for repairs...they kept the car for over a month... bottom line: They couldn't fix the Clutch, the Brakes, the Electrical problems. Got the car back with all the problems just as they were when I brought it in. Mechanic wasn't the right guy for the job.... Final insult: They gave me a bill for $2,325.30! When I complained and explained, the Service manager Brian simply said he couldn't and wouldn't help me with any reparations on the Obscene costs they charged. Beware of these people. Just the Worst ever. More

Well, it was my first use of the Service Department at the New Suburban Ford dealership in Washington Twp. We were more than happy with Mr. Basil Rafidi and his customer service with me and my wife. the New Suburban Ford dealership in Washington Twp. We were more than happy with Mr. Basil Rafidi and his customer service with me and my wife. He addressed our issue with our Ford Edge and had it resolved, at no cost to us. If I was still working, I would try to hire him away from his current job, because he is one that really understands "Customer Service" and what that does for any business. More
First of all it took 3 hours for an oil change. Second of all the staff at Elder Ford have no regard for the customers in the waiting room. Their disregard for a customer buying a vehicle. Their disregard for children that were in the area. Their language was horrible. At the cashier desk there was 5 employees dropping the F bomb and commenting about a customer. At the parts counter dropping the F bomb with several employees and customers. 3 other groups of employees walking around dropping the F bomb like it was going out of style. I for one have never done that infront of my children and I don't appreciate somebody else doing it either. I for one will not return to this dealership. I will and have told many people about this. I will also tell everyone I work with at Ford Romeo Engine Plant to NOT go there. It's a shame that people have to talk that way. And let me tell you it dont make you look smart it truly makes you look stupid! More
