Unprofessional Staff I took my '14 Ford Taurus ex-police car into Romeo Ford for an oil change and tire rotation and when I went to review my dash camera that had been rec I took my '14 Ford Taurus ex-police car into Romeo Ford for an oil change and tire rotation and when I went to review my dash camera that had been recording from start to finish, I caught the service staff being unprofessional, playing with the various extras my car had. At the very end of the service, they took my car through the parking lot where they aggressively accelerated and braked before returning my car to the front of the dealership for me to pick up. Not very happy at all. More

Tense atmosphere, not welcoming at all. The new management is not moving this dealership's service department in the right direction. From the second I turned into the overcrowded and confusing parking lot, I got anxious and wondered what else had changed since my last visit. Jacques was very nice and easy to deal with, but the overall tension in the air was something I have never experienced here. It's an unwelcoming, cold, business as usual atmosphere where I'm sure I was seen as just another dollar sign. Not a good business model. The only positive was that this was the fastest oil change I've had done here, which allowed me to escape this place even faster than I had hoped. I had also wanted to inquire about purchasing my leased car, however, there was absolutely nowhere to park. I will take that task to another dealer along with my future car maintenance. More

Horrible Service! They had my truck for 3 weeks and it’s doing the same thing that I dropped it off for. Did anyone drive it more than the 50 ft from the door to parking lot?
