I received a recall notice for my 2025 Explorer. Upon arrival I was met by Ian. Ian explained that my car needed an ABS update. I, then was informed of how long the procedure would take. Outstanding service! We are a Chevrolet dealer for hours away, bought this vehicle at auction, was still under warranty. Our drivers had battery issues and were stalled o We are a Chevrolet dealer for hours away, bought this vehicle at auction, was still under warranty. Our drivers had battery issues and were stalled on the interstate several times. We made a phone call and the service department was kind enough to send a technician out there with a battery in less than 30 minutes and our fellow is back on the road. It was a freezing cold day and no one knows how much we appreciate what this Dealership's service staff did for us! More
