It seems that I am no longer a priority after jumping through all the required hoops and signing on the dotted line.At this time I would not recommend doing business here, I am highly disappointed and my next call will be to the general manager. I don't really have a problem with the dealership I have a problem with the inept "rookie" dealer that I just happened to deal with. I don't even remember his name and I am hopeful he no longer works there. The main issue was he did not tell me what documents I needed to bring with me to in order to finish the closing as quickly and efficiently as possible. He suggested I have the truck shipped back to the east coast and I fly back home. After getting help from the finance manager to help resolve the problem I was finally on my way home 6 hours after arriving at the dealership.
