DO NOT BUY FROM ROMEO This dealership is the most unprofessional dealership I know of. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!. I purchased my vehicle and was promised it was inspected and that t This dealership is the most unprofessional dealership I know of. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!. I purchased my vehicle and was promised it was inspected and that there were no issues. Once the vehicle arrived it was immediately leaking oil, the heat shield was literally just sitting on the exhaust, and the check engine light was on. I gave the dealer the opportunity to handle this correctly. They advised me to take it to a certified mechanich and keep them in the loop. After the dealer confirmed it needed $1500 worth of repairs. I contacted ROMEO FORD. The salesman & sales manager stated I needed to wait for the owner. After 4 days of me following up but nothing from the owner I FINALLY GOT MY CALL. The owner is Norm Brewer and is literally the most unprofessional individual I have ever met. He was rude, inconsiderate and basically said tough about your luck and literally hung up on me. The vehicle was not what I was promised and had multiple errors which fall under fraud. Unfortunately now I need to take legal action due to this issue. The benefit for me is I have text messages, emails and recorded conversations from the dealer that fall into my favor. IF YOU DO BUY FROM THIS DEALER KEEP A GOOD RECORD! Beware of this dealer their mechanic ,salesman, sales manager & owner are unprofessional and looking to make a quick dollar. Luckily for me I have the proper documentation showing there was no issue but when it arrived from the carrier the issues were obvious and I addressed them with my attorney immediately. They will not honor the repairs or stand behind their vehicles. Trust me the window sticker says pre-owned inspected but I doubt they did much more besides wash it. BEWARE OF THIS DEALER DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! OBVIOUSLY THE BELOW REVIEWS AGREE. THERE IS A REASON THEY ARE NOT PART OF THE BBB. More

I've always had a great experience in this dealership. I turned in my Fusion and got into the new truck within an hour. The salesman, Darren, and sales manager, Jason, have been great about getting me to the payment I'm looking for while also getting me all the cool features I want. I even received a call from the owner to ensure that I was happy with the whole experience. I will always buy Ford and always from Romeo Ford! More

Awful. This dealership was unprofessional and left us hanging after a vehicle purchase. After sending a letter due to difficulties experienced on a used vehicle they agreed to fix prior to delivery, the hanging after a vehicle purchase. After sending a letter due to difficulties experienced on a used vehicle they agreed to fix prior to delivery, the OWNER of the Dealership called and left a very unprofessional message on our answering machine. The issue was in regards to the A/C system on the vehicle - Romeo Ford didn't fix the issue, simply recharged A/C unit - instead of replacing parts as they had agreed to during the sale. After bringing the vehicle back to the dealership, they claimed to fix the issue it would cost over $700! We allowed them to perform the service and found out they used reconditioned parts, but charged us for NEW parts (we later found this out because the parts failed again). Needless to say, we didn't return. We took the vehicle to Huntington Ford in Rochester and had a much better experience. DON'T go to Romeo Ford. Scamming, dishonesty, and terrible service. I wouldn't recommend setting foot in the sales or service department. More
Took my 2002 F-150 with 180,000 miles in for service for the first time with Romeo Ford. Ms. Van Tine was very helpful and friendly. Both she and Dave, the mechanic who worked on my truck, discussed the s the first time with Romeo Ford. Ms. Van Tine was very helpful and friendly. Both she and Dave, the mechanic who worked on my truck, discussed the service issues involved with my truck and also were quite helpful in explaining my various options for what would be best for servicing my old truck, without giving me any "hard sell." I will definitely return to Romeo Ford for service and will definitely consider it as the dealership for the purchase of my next vehicle. I would highly recommend the dealership to family and friends. More
