Both she and Dave, the mechanic who worked on my truck, discussed the service issues involved with my truck and also were quite helpful in explaining my various options for what would be best for servicing my old truck, without giving me any "hard sell." I will definitely return to Romeo Ford for service and will definitely consider it as the dealership for the purchase of my next vehicle. I would highly recommend the dealership to family and friends. More

They didn't have the time to deal with me and every question led to a no or can't. So I saw Romeo Ford had Saturday hours and went on a cruise up there with a friend (both 26 years old males). I thought that we might not be taking seriously because of this. But When I got there I saw there last Fusion Sport already sold and awaiting delivery. Why I was looking at the car Darren came out to talk with me. I told him exactly what I was looking for (White Fusion Sport, Sport Blue Interior, Fully Loaded). So after some talking for a bit he was able to locate 2 of them (one in Holly and the other in Columbus). Both were front wheel drive and I was torn between All wheel and Front wheel. He told me that I could still factory order one (which the other dealer said you can't). So I thought about it and decided FWD was what I wanted. To make the deal I asked if they can throw in a remote start(other dealer said no) and he was like definitely. I asked about switching my radar detector over (other dealer said no way). He said he was pretty sure they can do it, depending on the connection to the fuse box. They also matched the trade in that the other dealer quoted me (which I thought was a fair value). So I told him I have to sleep on it. He said he would contact both dealers and see if he can even trade for those cars. So about 20 minutes after I left the dealer he calls me and leaves a message stating he can get the car from Columbus. Great. So I called him back Monday morning and told him go but I had a few more questions. I wanted to make sure there was no pin-striping and no front license plate holder. He said he would check into it. About an hour or so after that car he calls to tell me that it does have a font plate. I said that really kills the look of the car, what about the other dealer. He says they never responded to the email but said he will call. About 2 or so hours later he calls to tell me its a go! So on Tuesday I went to pick the car up after work. I got to the dealership around 4:45 or so and by the time I signed all the papers and discussed the extended warranty options it was about 5:30ish. The dealer closes at 6. Darren then went over the car with me and went through how the Sync works. He never once looked at his watch or made me feel rushed. He stayed until 6:30 walking me through the car. I was very very pleased. So when I left I was very happy with the way I was treated by Darren. Like I said before, 2 young men coming in to look at a sportier car, I was ready not to be taken seriously. But he went out of his way to make me happy. Darren called me the following day after taking delivery of my car and asked if I had a questions or concerns. Then about a week or so later I get a thank you card from the dealership. Its little things like that, that really put the finishing touches on a very pleasant new car buying experience (first new car too). I didn't mention but the Financial adviser at the dealership was very nice too. I highly highly recommend dealing with Darren Clarke at Romeo Ford! More
I bought a used vehicle from this dealer and trusted them and turns out they hid the bad transmission on me. When I asked for help fixing it, I was told they would only help discount the service work 10%! I and turns out they hid the bad transmission on me.
