Bought a 2018 Ford Edge that came with 12 month gold star warranty, 2 weeks ago. It took two weeks to get the title .Drove it 2 days in a row and it showed an engine light. You should do whatever it takes to make this right with the least amount of inconvenience to me, the paying customer, as possible. I purchased a pre-owned F150 from the dealership after negotiating the deal over the phone I agreed to "fly" (because I live in another state) to Detroit and make my way up to the dealership to sign the p negotiating the deal over the phone I agreed to "fly" (because I live in another state) to Detroit and make my way up to the dealership to sign the paperwork and drive the truck home. I don't really have a problem with the dealership I have a problem with the inept "rookie" dealer that I just happened to deal with. I don't even remember his name and I am hopeful he no longer works there. The main issue was he did not tell me what documents I needed to bring with me to in order to finish the closing as quickly and efficiently as possible. He suggested I have the truck shipped back to the east coast and I fly back home. After getting help from the finance manager to help resolve the problem I was finally on my way home 6 hours after arriving at the dealership. Don't get me wrong I am grateful for the deal I was able to negotiate with you guys but this buffoon of a employee is why I gave my rating. More
