Lease turn in/new car purchase I had a Ford Edge and the lease was coming to an end. I had called the dealership 5 different times and left 3 voicemails to set up a lease turn in ap I had a Ford Edge and the lease was coming to an end. I had called the dealership 5 different times and left 3 voicemails to set up a lease turn in appointment. I had already had my pre inspection. After not getting a call back or being able to reach anyone I drove up to the dealership to turn my vehicle in and lease a new one. I was informed the individual that deals with the turns in was on vacation and that’s why my calls were not returned and that they would NOT be able to take my lease turn in. Never asked if I was interested in leasing a new vehicle just a flat out no, they would not accept my turn in. Very rude and unprofessional as I took my business to Suburban Ford in Sterling Heights and had a great experience and will not be returning to Elder Ford of Romeo. More

Sales great / Service department is incompetent Brought leased vehicle in for repair; 1st time - not fixed 2nd time - not fixed (message from owner stating they will put their best man on the job) Brought leased vehicle in for repair; 1st time - not fixed 2nd time - not fixed (message from owner stating they will put their best man on the job) 3rd time - needed a loaner, had appointment made to come in when one was to be available. Arrived for appointment no loaner was available.(obviously wasting my time was not a concern) A simple phone call to notify me that a loaner was not available would have probably kept me as a customer but after 15 years and approximately 12 new vehicles I'm done. More
