Dealership added and charged for equipment on vehicle that I ordered and did not want and was not on the vehicle when I got it home. Nitrogen was one of the items. They charged me $150. for it and didn’t that I ordered and did not want and was not on the vehicle when I got it home. Nitrogen was one of the items. If I could give a zero I would. Do not deal with Greg Klave or Guido Amatangelo. I lost $2000 in the deal and got stuck with a car I specified I did not want. Initially I thought my experience was wonderful, very smooth, and we were considering doing more business with them on the future. HOWEVER, the aftermath has been less than good. Promises that were made have not been followed up on, and in this particular case, I feel might have been an outright fib. My paper plate expires on Monday and I have not gotten any paperwork so I can transfer my plates. I reached out this week to my sales person and he was supposedly checking on it, of course no response so far. Before the purchase he was very helpful and responded quickly. It seems that I am no longer a priority after jumping through all the required hoops and signing on the dotted line.At this time I would not recommend doing business here, I am highly disappointed and my next call will be to the general manager. More
