Overall we had a good experience with purchasing the vehicle from this dealer. They gave us a "deal" on the car knocking the $999 detailing fee off but after we put money down on it (coming from out of vehicle from this dealer. They gave us a "deal" on the car knocking the $999 detailing fee off but after we put money down on it (coming from out of state) they dropped the list price and then wouldn't honor the list price when we showed up to purchase unless they charged us for the $999 detailing fee....then they would honor the list price. The detailing which by the way, was not great detailing at all. My husband wiped grease off of the outer wheel after we drove off, there were food crumbs under the seats, a toy bracelet, and food stuck to one of the seats. If you're going to "charge" a $999 detailing fee, those vehicles should be spotless. More
I made appt to bring in my vehicle for review of tires. I made appt two weeks in advance. When I came in, I was about 15 minutes early. I stated to have my tires looked at. He then said they didn't have time for that. I told him I had an appt and I didn't need the car back today. He told he could not do the write up. I was so taken back as I had an appt and he said well they shouldn't have made it. Had he said that they didn't have time apologized for not be able to honor their commitment and asked me to come back later I could have been more understanding that was not the case. I then asked him if what he was saying was as a ford owner of over 30 years I am not able to make appt for car to be serviced at my local dealer. He then turned to the rep and told her to write up the ro. In the end they were not able to fully service the car they did put a plug in one tire. I then went to another dealership (not a suburban dealership) and they took me right in without appt. and had car serviced and purchased 4 new tires. I gave them my 2000 dollars worth of business. Chris has insured that I will never give a dime to the suburban group. I will most certainly never entertain purchasing a vehicle from Romeo suburban Ford which is unfortunate as I prefer to deal locally. Chris could benefit from some customer service training as a service manager he needs to do better! He needs to set a good example for his team given his managerial position. . More

The sales group was great to work with. I purchased two vechciles in one transaction. After completing the purchase vehicles were presented with the keys in them. DISHONEST I ordered a truck from ford with what i wanted on it. Then the dealership added Nitrogen in tires and charged me $191.00 and $191.00 for wheel.locks. Worst Service Department in Michigan. Brought car in for repairs...they kept the car for over a month... bottom line: They couldn't fix the Clutch, the Brakes, the Electrical problems. Got the car back with all the problems just as they were when I brought it in. Mechanic wasn't the right guy for the job.... Final insult: They gave me a bill for $2,325.30! When I complained and explained, the Service manager Brian simply said he couldn't and wouldn't help me with any reparations on the Obscene costs they charged. Beware of these people. Just the Worst ever. More

Unfortunately I had a horrendous experience with these people, in particular the service department. Sales rep was great to work with however. Bought a '21 Yukon that clearly hadn't been thru a proper ins people, in particular the service department. Sales rep was great to work with however. Bought a '21 Yukon that clearly hadn't been thru a proper inspection, yet was marked as certified. We identified the issues (minor, but important) during the test drive and were promised they would be fixed prior to taking delivery. On delivery, several issues weren't resolved (exhaust leak, missing seat belt, broken lumbar switch, warped brake rotors). Shouldn't have bought it at that point, but did on the promise that they would fix everything under warranty, including anything else I could find wrong. Brought the truck back, got a loaner, then a second loaner. (I live in Grand Rapids, so these trips aren't trivial). Over a month later, I was promised on the phone everything was fixed. Made the trip out there again only to find that it still wasn't all fixed. They were audacious enough to encourage me to take it to another dealer and just pay the money. At this point I was done dealing with them, so took the truck home after they promised to reimburse me to complete the repairs at a reputable dealer. A day later, the exhaust "fix" they made is no longer working. I really hope I'm the exception here, but I'm afraid not. They clearly don't take care of you unless you are buying a Ford from them. My overall experience with Anthony and the finance department was excellent. I was not too fond of it that I had to use and pay for Executive Tags and Title to pay the sales tax for AR.
