First of all , We do care at the dealership about our neighbors. The pile of garbage you are referring to is construction materials. I agree with you it looks like garbage, I contacted the construction company immediately after talking to you a couple weeks ago and told them to clean it up. I have contacted them again today, and told them they have upset the neighbors and dropped the ball. I assure you they will be out to clean up the mess right away.
