I only used the dealership for all oil changes, tire rotations, etc. From week one, my tire pressure was constantly running low and even after an oil change at their service station, I would have to have my husband take it to put in yet more air in my tires. After less than two years, my tires were balding and they were marking my tire grade in the yellow range. Told me it was nothing to worry about. At that two year, 24,000 mile range, I was getting stuck in a couple inches of snow and had to be pushed out several times, was sliding on wet pavement, etc. Turns out the tires on the car, made by Kuhmo, are made out of a compound that Kuhmo admits is not expected to last more than 20,000 miles. Suburban did nothing more than tell me that they would call Kuhmo so see if they would give me a discount on new tires, but that I would have to come in for them to make that call and be able to sit and wait up to an hour. They also told me that there was nothing they could so, that they would not replace the tires and said it was perfectly acceptable to throw the cheapest tires I could find on the car before turning it in. I told them that this was the first non-Ford vehicle I have leased in over 20 years and that I would never lease a car from them again. They couldn't have cared less. I have never received such bad service or response from a dealership. It may look posh on the outside, but they truly do not care about keeping someone's business. More
I went and did oil change on weekend. Once I reached home, I noticed that there is some dent underneath of my car. It is located down to foot rest of left passenger seat. It is holder to keep some thing home, I noticed that there is some dent underneath of my car. It is located down to foot rest of left passenger seat. It is holder to keep some things. Because of that, lid opened at foot rest. I went on Monday discussed about this issue. They are denying that they have not done it. He just showed by keep my car inside service station and lift up and down. I asked them to verify in camera. Since I m suspecting that they place car over the lift where dent happened and there may be a chance to keep some objects over the lift. They don't have camera, so they are not able to justify it. So people should be careful after they do any services here. More
Just another lousy car dealer. Sure enough, the sales department was nice enough throughout my purchase of my truck. Who wouldn't be? But routine service has been anything but. Without boring you with a department was nice enough throughout my purchase of my truck. Who wouldn't be? But routine service has been anything but. Without boring you with a bunch of details, suffice to say they have the same attitude of nearly every domestic car dealership: They think they know more than you so get ready for a nice dose of condescending attitude. Then they try to sell you more service than you need, they take longer than promised, it isn't fixed right the FIRST time and they don't think outside the box. Just the same old stuff. No wonder people buy foreign cars, that's all I can say. Oh, and here's the worst part: Now that Chrysler shuttered the quality dealers like Fox Hills in Plymouth, I don't have much choice but to deal with these guys! A shame, really. More
We originally were dealing with Chris in the service dept., needed some work done on our old Dodge Durango. My husband was so impressed with the way he was treated by the service dept., we brought my J dept., needed some work done on our old Dodge Durango. My husband was so impressed with the way he was treated by the service dept., we brought my Jeep Liberty back when it needed work. When we returned to pick up the Jeep, we just stopped to "look around" as my husbands 2000 Durango, although still going strong, was starting to be "all used up." We met Jacob (Jake) Williamson and the rest as they say is history. We ended up driving off in a 2011 Dodge Ram. Jake was not the least bit pushy, just very informative and helpful. Got us a great vehicle at a great price with a payment we could afford. We only buy about one new car every 5 years, Jake was aware of that due to our conversation with him, but he treated us like we bought a new car every year. It may be another couple of years before we are ready to buy again, but we will definately be going back to see Jake. More
