Will never buy a car from here again! !!! I purchased a brand new wagonner l in May of 2023. I’ve only had the vechile 18 months. Only 29,000 miles. Out of nowhere it fully overheated whil !!! I pulled off to a gas station and tried contacting the dealer a full day. They refused to answer. My car was towed in Plymouth and brought to impound in Redford. We were given $1,000 impound bill- none of which the dealer took responsibility for. I only was able to get into contact with the dealer the next day by repeatedly calling the sales department. Service would not return any calls. I brought my car in by physically driving it myself to service. They gave me a grand Cherokee for a rental. They called 2 days later to pick up. They thought it was an error code of an update that needed done. They didn’t check oil, thermostat, radiator, or head gasket. My wife picked up and it proceeded to again overheat on the freeway, We brought it back and all we received were excuses of shotty work. We left it to once again be repaired. They said they no longer had any rental cars for us until i threw a fit. The rep did give me attitude and said there weren’t any. All they could end up giving is to use was a compass. What an insult to buy a brand new $80k vechile to be provided a compass to rent, completely unacceptable!!!! We have tried to contact the general manager here several times, were promised by employees he would call but he never has. Just fully brushed everything under the rug! Will absolutely never buy another trash Jeep product again and will never buy another car from here again! $80,000 down the drain!!!! If you want horrible service and trash quality cars buy from here!!!!!! More
In a panic, I ran into the dealership. It was a Saturday at 2:30 and service had closed. My son was in Mt Pleasant, 2 hours away. I had his key with the dead battery. I had bought a new battery at Target and watched a YouTube video. I thought it would be easy. I was rushing to get to my son. He plays college hockey for CMU and had a game in a few hours. I couldn’t get the key back together. After several attempts at home, I drove to the dealership. When I saw that service was closed, I dashed into the sales room. 3 gentleman including Caselle and Rob Love figured it out. They were so nice and saved the day. They went above and beyond for this hockey mom! More
While the sales person Dianne is WONDERFUL, the service department leaves a lot to be desired. If I could give it a zero, I would. For the SECOND time, we dropped our car off at the appointment time, Wednesday July 31 and were told we would hear from the dealer in 24 - 48 hours. When we heard nothing by Monday, we called. They had not even looked at the car yet. On Wednesday (one week after we dropped the car off) they discovered the problem, said they ordered the part and the car may be done by Friday. Again, no communication. So, we dropped in on Monday to see the status of the car. After a lenghtly wait, we were told that the part was back ordered and should be in on Tuesday - the next day. (I suspect they forgot to order the part in the first place) It is now Thursday. The car has been at the dealership for 15 days. They haven't called, we still don't have our car, and don't know when we will get it. More

I have been reaching out to Suburban Jeep in Farmington Hills regarding a service issue since fall of 2023. Been going there for years but service has gone DOWNHILL. Not only was the vehicle not done, we had to initiate all updates. Even the promised “we will contact you by end of business today” did not happen This morning we have tried to contact the rep and the service manager to get the status of our car. Neither answered their phone or returned our message. We are not even sure the service was even started as when we called yesterday the rep would not say why there was a delay just that “it was taking longer than he expected “ Think twice before using this dealership More
Mr. Boening was AWESOME! he was very professional, accommodating, customer service driven and understanding of ALL the issues I encountered with the service department when my vehicle was being servic accommodating, customer service driven and understanding of ALL the issues I encountered with the service department when my vehicle was being serviced in the shop for over two weeks and I told there were not any loaner vehicles. Mr. Boening provided me with a loaner, which took a lot of stress off of me having to get back and forth to work and daily errands. Thanks so much Mr. Boening! I left my car for 3 days to do a checkup (oil change, tire rotation) and to diagnose a light that was up in the panel control. When I talked to the manager, he also said was nothing wrong with that! More
