Each time I return to SCDJR to lease a new vehicle I look for Terri because she is always ready to help me negotiate the best deal from among the promotions that are available at the time. I always get a vehicle that is right for me at a price that fits in with my budget. I could not be happier with my new leased vehicle. More

Wow just Wow I've always bought my cars from a different dealership and to say the least I will keep doing that. The amount of time and headaches I have been throu I've always bought my cars from a different dealership and to say the least I will keep doing that. The amount of time and headaches I have been through to purchase a car from this dealership is far from none. To start off I spent over $44,000 at this dealership and at that price I thought I would be getting a great vehicle. The process was running fine until I was leaving the dealership with the car/ broken car. Apparently one of the rear taillight just happen to break as soon as I drove off of the lot but didn't happen in the dealership parking lot. What came to amaze me is that the dealership would not pay fully to fix the taillight. I was left to pay another $300 for a new taillight because the used car manager Doug said that he watched me drive off the lot and it wasn't broken, yet like I said it happen to break as I left the parking lot. On the ride home all was fine until the car got to its operating temperature. At this point the other issues began. I'm am not sure how extensive the dealership rundown is when taking in a car on trade in but it definitely was not enough or this problem could've been caught and fixed. I then spoke with both Doug Mueller and John Timmington who is the General manager and got the same rude attitude and unwillingness to provide any help. The failure in the car that occurred actually affects safety features of the car so I'm glad to know that this dealership is selling unsafe cars as well. I have been going back and forth with them and the cost to fix the problems is around $500, so the cost of the car actually is really adding up. I was told that I would have to pay fully another dealership to look at and fix the problem along with the this dealership tacking on more money so they can get their hand on some. With as much money as I'm sure they made on the car, they want me to pay $800 for problems that they should have fixed in the first place. It really gives a good look for the Suburban Group name to go with my experience. You'll never catch me stepping foot in any suburban dealership ever again. You can bet I'm not letting anyone else that I know looking for a car to do the same. More
My 2017 Jeep Patriot drivers seat belt will come undone while driving. This happens intermittently, about 3 to 4 times a week. After they latched it "a few" times, they stated that there is nothing wrong. while driving. This happens intermittently, about 3 to 4 times a week. After they latched it "a few" times, they stated that there is nothing wrong. This is a safety issue and they weren't even willing to put the car on the road! The only way I was able to get this resolved was to pay for it myself! The car is still under warranty! STAY AWAY! They will only fix your warranty issues if YOU $$PAY$$ for it!!! More

On both of my transactions, I reflect back and think of how easy each transaction was that you facilitated. Your professional demeanor, attention to detail and exceptional service is what made me, and will make me, keep coming back to Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I am enjoying the recent purchase of my 2019 Dodge Durango RT. Dodge definitely did it right with this truck. I look forward to doing business with Roger and Suburban again in the future. I wouldn’t consider going to any other dealership or working with any other sales professional. Thanks again for being my trusted car advisor, exceeding my expectations and delivering on your promises. More
Patty Phillips is the one to deal with I have brought my car into the dealership four times in the 16 months that I have owned it. Unfortunately it suffers from the death wobble. The first I have brought my car into the dealership four times in the 16 months that I have owned it. Unfortunately it suffers from the death wobble. The first two times Patti was my service person she was excellent both times, set me up with the loaner, and I had absolutely no issues. Unfortunately the part that was put in would wear down and I would have to bring it back. The third time I brought it back Patti was not available and I had another service person that really wasn’t listening to what I was saying was my problem. He kept telling me that it was a recall I kept telling him what the problem was and then I figured that was the recall. Because he kept insisting. I picked up my car not only was it not fixed it seemed worse. Brought my car back a few days later once again did not have Patti and dealt with someone who seemed very new to the job so I will not say that he did anything wrong. Fortunately for me Patti took over the situation because by this time I was highly annoyed. She reached out to Chrysler to see if they could have any input on my ongoing issue. I will say this she knows how to defuse the situation she offers excellent customer service And she is a pleasure to work with. I’m giving five stars because of Patti and only because of Patti More
Last month I purchase a 2015 challenger RT with a manual transmission. A week and a half after having the car it wouldn't go into gear so I took it to a local dealer by my work in Toledo. After waiting 2 1/ transmission. A week and a half after having the car it wouldn't go into gear so I took it to a local dealer by my work in Toledo. After waiting 2 1/2 weeks the dealer was able to get the car in and determine the clutch was bad. The dealer, Grogan's town, informed me that an aftermarket harness had been installed to trick the computer into thinking the Skip Drive had activated and that that was the cause of damage to the clutch. I contacted suburban and ask them if they could help me with this issue. After speaking with the used car sales manager Doug I was asked to have the car towed to their dealership so they could look at it snd they agreed to pay the $400 fee that the other dealer was charging for the work they had done. Later that day used car sales manager Doug called me and informed me that after reviewing the information that Grogan town had sent them they would not be willing to replace the clutch. He claimed that I have no way of proving I did not burn out the clutch in the time that I had it and he also stated that Grogan town is possibly lying to me about the cause of the damage to try and make money on the repair. So now I've had a car for a month. I've made a payment on it and I've only driven for approximately 1000 miles and suburban is unwilling to back a product that they sold me and had extremely minimal use since the purchase. Update 10/19 over 24 hours have pasted sense I was told John Timmington would be call me to help resolve my issue and nothing. I have left voice mails with both Zack Holmes the Customer Care Manager and Mr. Timmington today and no return call has been made. I’m starting to wonder how Suburban is so large if this is how they treat their customers. Next call is to Chrysler Customer Care. Maybe that will get you attention. Update 10/17 Update- After going back and forth with management I finally had to call Chrysler Cares and file an official complaint. Once my assigned case worker form Chrysler reached out to the dealership they decided to bring my car in, replace the clutch and give me a loaner. It's too bad I had to go as far as calling Chrysler to get this resolved. I will never return to this dealership or any that are owned by the Suburban Collection again. More
