I reached out to this dealer via email and I was immediately greeted by Sue and she referred me to Bryan. When I arrived at the dealer, I found both Bryan and Sue were not only helpful but down to earth and friendly. Bryan is the type of sales person I would refer all of my friends and family to because he is not pushy and he wants to make sure you walk away happy. If he doesn't have it, he will find it for you. The people here make it all worth the 75 mile drive and I LOVE my new 200!! More

I was able to leave a deposit on a 2003 chevy that I absolutely love. Both Todd and Dan were fabulous, there were repairs that needed to be made to the car and they made every repair. The car was great, the signing process was flawless, and I had the perfect car for me at a great price all in one day after about 3 weeks of shopping around. I look forward to buying me next car from Todd Morris!! More

Last November, 2010, my seat warmer caught on fire in my Chrysler Town and Country Van. I contacted Mike Hughes who assured me that the seat would be replaced after he spoke with someone higher than him an Chrysler Town and Country Van. I contacted Mike Hughes who assured me that the seat would be replaced after he spoke with someone higher than him and also that the bill would be paid for my granddaughter's new winter jacket which she had on when the burn started in the seat. After months of waiting, I called back however he informed he that the person he was going to speak with hadn't been in yet but she would be coming in soon. Later, I contacted him again and he assured me that the matter had been agreed upon and the seat was on order. He said it would be a different shade than the current one because the car is older but that he would notify me when it came in. I find it hard to believe that this should take this long and am not too happy at this moment. The Town and Country did have a recall on this problem; however, the response time is unacceptable. We used to work with Chrysler Fox Hills in Plymouth and had recommended them to several of our friends; however, I have to say we are not happy with your dealership.
