My husband and I lease a vehicle from this dealership. Cat told us we'd be paying $220/month, we agreed. When we went to sign the papers the finance manager had us sign for much more than $220. We were in a bind, baby due any day so we reluctantly went ahead with it. We were promised $500 in Mopar accessories as part of a promotion they were having. Our sales woman promised she'd have things ordered for us. It is now 3 months later and after dozens of calls and emails and most recently a call to John Timmington, the sales manager, we still have no parts. We are so angry with this situation and we are very disappointed by the lack of communication we have received. More

Everything about my experience was great, Jacob went above and beyond helping us find the car we were looking for. He walked us through their lot and showed us different features on different cars, he above and beyond helping us find the car we were looking for. I bought my car from this dealership 2010 challanger My sell rep was awesome but for the service end of it OHHHHHHHHHHHHHH my god are they terrible. I had them put on mud flaps and the left the pop rivots hanging out of them I had to get the whole entire right side repainted because of flaking and there service dept. was so bad I ended up not taking it back to them and paying an additional 900.00 dollars of my own money to take it to someone that knows what there are doing. My girlfriend also bought a caliber from them she hasnt had her car for a month it had 3 little chips in it and the paint shop put on the wrong color of paint to cover the chips one on the rivots is coming off under the side of the door that keeps the panel on and now her heated seats don;t work and when you call them all you get is a FFFFFFFFF_____king answering machine because no one is there to answer.i WOULD NEVER RECCOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO MY WORST ENEMY More

I've been disappointed with both vehicles that I've obtained from this dealer. The first was a lease so I didn't care so much that it didn't have the rear entertainment system. When I purchased the second I was assured that the system would be installed. Although the dealer knew exactly what I wanted and what I expected, an inferior aftermarket system was installed, (glued in), that doesn't even match my interior and doesn't integrate into the factory system. The dealer assured me that they inadvertently ordered the wrong system and that they would order and install the correct system. I would avoid this dealer at all costs. At this point, I wouldn't accept a vehicle from them at any price point. More
