Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Farmington Hills

Last November, 2010, my seat warmer caught on fire in my Chrysler Town and Country Van. I contacted Mike Hughes who assured me that the seat would be replaced after he spoke with someone higher than him an Chrysler Town and Country Van. After months of waiting, I called back however he informed he that the person he was going to speak with hadn't been in yet but she would be coming in soon. Later, I contacted him again and he assured me that the matter had been agreed upon and the seat was on order. He said it would be a different shade than the current one because the car is older but that he would notify me when it came in. I find it hard to believe that this should take this long and am not too happy at this moment. The Town and Country did have a recall on this problem; however, the response time is unacceptable. We used to work with Chrysler Fox Hills in Plymouth and had recommended them to several of our friends; however, I have to say we are not happy with your dealership.
